Our designer has recently developed an extraordinary fascination with celestial visitors—likely inspired by recent UFO-related reports from New Jersey. This newfound passion has driven him to collect a variety of meteorite fragments from around the world. True to his unique personality, he handles his meteorite treasures in two ways: some are crafted into exquisite jewelry, while others—those he feels are best left in their original form—are offered as raw pieces for direct transfer. Each of these meteorite products is priced individually, with only one of each available. Due to their unique nature, these items are non-refundable or exchangeable.
The Oum Dreyga meteorite is one such exceptional piece, imbued with a legendary story and the marks of its cosmic journey. On October 16, 2003, late at night, this meteorite streaked through the Earth's atmosphere as part of a blazing meteor traveling east to west before landing near the Gour Lafkah Mountains in the Sahara Desert. Over time, local herders discovered multiple fragments of this extraordinary meteorite, with a total combined weight of approximately 17 kilograms. These fragments were sent to the French National Museum of Natural History, where the meteorite was classified as an ordinary chondrite (H-type). Its internal structure is remarkably diverse, showcasing characteristics ranging from Type 3 to Type 5, making it a scientific treasure.
This particular piece weighs 5.2 grams and features a beautifully preserved black fusion crust—a mark of its fiery journey through Earth's atmosphere. It stands as both a scientific marvel and a powerful symbol of cosmic energy. Displaying this meteorite invites a sense of wonder, tranquility, and inspiration, creating a bridge between the infinite cosmos and life on Earth.
