Update on Shipping Delays in Certain U.S. Regions

We want to provide an update regarding potential shipping delays for orders in certain U.S. regions. Due to severe winter storms, USPS is experiencing a surge in package volumes, leading to temporary capacity issues at some facilities. As a result, processing, scanning, and delivery times may be delayed.
What This Means for Your Order
- Longer Processing Times for International Packages – USPS is taking extra time to receive and process shipments. During this period, your tracking status may remain at “Pre-Shipment” (label created but not yet scanned into the system).
- Delivery Delays – Once your package enters the USPS network, it may take an additional 3-5 days for scanning and final delivery.
What We’re Doing
We are working closely with the carrier to prioritize getting your package into USPS facilities as quickly as possible. We are monitoring the situation and will provide updates as we receive them.
